How do I pay for my session?

You can pay for your session through several convenient options bank transfer or digital payment platforms. Payment details and instructions will be provided once your session is scheduled.

Do you require a deposit?

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance. Since we currently do not require deposits, cancellations and reschedules are done on a trust basis.
Frequent last-minute changes may affect future bookings, so we appreciate timely communication. For any changes, please contact us at customercare@pollypalestroque.art.

How long does it take to receive the edited photos?

Edited photos are typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days after the session. For larger projects or events, delivery may take up to 1 week. If you need your photos sooner, rush editing is available upon request for an additional fee.
You'll receive a link to a private online gallery where you can view and download your high-resolution images.

How will I receive my photos?

You will receive your photos through a private online gallery, which you can access via a secure link. From there, you can view, download, and share your high-resolution edited images easily.

Can I request re-edits or additional edits?

Yes, you can request minor adjustments or re-edits within a reasonable scope after you receive your photos. My goal is to ensure you’re happy with the final images.
Please note that extensive or additional edits beyond the original agreement may incur an extra fee.
